生物取纖維能夠使得富含纖維素的物質表面剝離與縱向複合細胞間層侵蝕,使纖維梢絲束化或者脫落。因此,經纖維素酶處理過的織物比較蓬鬆、豐滿、柔軟、滑爽,且懸垂性好,吸濕性強,具有一定的絲光效果。

有效地提高衣用性能與視覺效果。在服裝的紡織品應用中,生物法取纖維與直接機械取纖維的強度與細度相比,纖維的產量和細度皆較佳。以及透過新製程新設備投入,推出短纖、母粒、粉末、酵素之複合性材料、功能性材料、醫療材料等應用。
